The Recovery Village Drug, Alcohol and Mental Health Rehab in Umatilla, FL

The recovery village makes you feel like family the minute you step into the center,they welcome you with smiles and positive self encouragement,I have been to plenty of treatment centers, but the recovery village really is rooting for you to succeed, and doing everything that they can to make you you do have to right tools to get sober, and to stay sober. Thank you Umatilla for the difference you made are going to make in my journey.

I spent 30 days here. The food was great, the therapists were awesome and the BHTs were amazing! I highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs help with their addiction. You will definitely get the treatment you need here and come out a better person if you really want the help!

I entered the doors at The Recovery Village with no expectations, as I had never been in an addiction treatment facility. For the first two weeks, I greatly relied on my roommate to help me navigate, as she had been in a rehab before. Once I stopped trying to change and control everything, I fell into a groove. All the instructors are licensed therapists who taught us a plethora of life-changing lessons, starting with understanding our addiction - how it affects our thoughts, actions and others - and ending with the tools necessary to continue our journey of self-improvement, with faith, determination, and strength to overcome obstacles and challenges. At times it was grueling and exhausting, but well worth the personal growth and wisdom acquired. I always speak highly of The Recovery Village, sharing my experiences and invaluable knowledge gained from just a couple months of hard work. I learned how to navigate the world with love for myself and others - with a positive attitude, determination, and a clear head. I've been sober for over 2 years, and my life is infinitely better than it's ever been. I'm transforming into the person God intended me to be. No place and no therapy is perfect, but I made the right choice to allow myself to be a sponge, absorbing those lessons I failed to learn before I walked through the doors. As with many other facilities, it is a little understaffed, but everyone works hard to assist and guide us. Some employees are more trained and helpful than others, but I challenge you to find a perfect place in this world. Give The Recovery Village a chance, let yourself be open to change, don't fight the process, and you just might end up on a new path to a joyful life of positive transformation and contentment.

Overall super sweet and friendly and nice and to be honest that's like a huge plus because some people are not the nicest in the world The only thing is they don't communicate amongst themselves very well but other than that great experience

I had a great experience at the recovery village. Barbara my therapist was awesome and so caring about what I had to say. Staff such as Val and D were so sweet and always willing to help. My case manager Chris really went out of his way to make sure all of my needs were met and taken care of.
