As a member of the Community Outreach team at The Recovery Village, Lauren is dedicated to helping clients, families and organizations find quality treatment options. Before joining ARS in 2021, Lauren graduated from the University of South Florida and has worked in the substance abuse field for close to three years, including roles as a Program Coordinator & Program Administrator. She has also spent the last three years in advocacy work, volunteering with a local non-profit recovery community organization as an Overdose Prevention Coordinator. She has also worked as a Recruiter for a prison re-entry program and served on an opioid & domestic violence prevention task force. As a person in long-term recovery, Lauren is excited for the opportunity to help others begin the process of healing and leading productive, meaningful lives through recovery.
